Community Healthcare is a sister company of Community Eyecare. We provide insourcing and outsourcing solutions for the NHS and assist with waiting lists.

Our insourcing model is at hand to tackle the ongoing challenges in acute healthcare settings. It will allow you to maximise the Trusts’ internal capacity and is specifically designed to be seamlessly incorporated into your existing internal processes.

Our outsourcing solution is designed to address the health issues within communities pertaining to the crisis we are facing. As elective care in the NHS is restarting again following an unprecedented halt during the pandemic, Community Healthcare is at hand to provide extra capacity and extension of healthcare provision by offering our own expanding infrastructure.

We believe in maintaining the highest clinical standards and building on our reputation on patient focused care. The scale of our organisation shows our commitment to deliver, we have our own referral, booking and management centre (RBMC) with more than 45 staff, as well our own COVID-green hospitals and mobile treatment suites operating nationwide, with over 60 full time clinical staff.

We have the capacity to provide services 7 days a week, including evenings at our mobile treatment suites and hospitals, and as a CQC registered organisation with independent inspections validating our core beliefs, we have developed our own IT infrastructure and business intelligence which comes from our own quality KPI and data analytics allowing us to make data driven decisions.

PLANNING SERVICES

Group of people sitting icon Our planning of services is clinician to clinician led and is facilitated by CH managers. We formulate a plan within three days, following NICE and evidence-based guidelines to make clinical pathways consistent. During the planning phase, we RAG rate the cases and risk stratify according to your hospital guidelines. We present these to you within 5 days in an easy-to-view format designed by our own data analyst.

OPERATIONAL

Operational Icon Community Healthcare will be operational within 5 days of being contracted. We can work in our mobile clinics and operating theatres 7 days a week from 8am to 9pm. Your patients are seen by either our or your clinical teams, depending on your preference.

QUALITY AND KPI REPORTING

Laptop Icon The best way to keep you updated with the contract, is weekly management meetings where we provide feedback on dashboards with detailed reports. On contract completion, a full Minimum Dataset (MDS) with outcomes and copies of all records will be provided to your teams.

MAKING FURTHER IMPROVEMENTS

Community Healthcare Solutions will define a project plan to be agreed with the Hospital Managers. The location of premises could be mobile units or fixed units based on the requirements.
